Recently graduated from Indiana University's Human Computer Interaction/design program, I currently work in UX Research Strategy and Operations at ServiceNow.
I have prior experience in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research. My research interests include EduTech, accessibility, and healthcare tech.
I believe a good user experience directly results from empathy and connection with the users, solid data, and insightful analytics. My research philosophy focuses on getting a deeper understanding of human behavior and figuring out not just how, but why they do what they do.
